No Place is unique.  It is surrounded by its own gardens and utterly secluded yet is within easy walking distance of shops and two excellent pubs.

Parts of the thatch cottage are thought to be over 300 years old and this character is reflected in both the exterior and the interior.  There is a large original granite fireplace in the main reception room with a modern wood stove burner.  (There is also central heating throughout).

All the bedrooms and the reception room are fully carpeted.  The kitchen has natural slate flooring and the kitchen units are hand built.There is an Aga together with microwave and electric hob. The bedrooms are simply but well furnished and enjoy good views over the gardens and beyond. There is an en suite bathroom with shower, and a family bathroom with bath and shower.

The house is well-equipped and includes television (Sky family package), DVD, hi-hi, selected books, CDs and DVDs, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.

There are three summer houses strategically placed from which to enjoy the sun at various times of the day.

A welcome pack including a bottle of wine is provided with every letting, together with a free bag of wood logs during winter months.
